HEALTH care workers aren’t only doctors, nurses and midwives, often neglected especially in the COVID pandemic. They have been in the frontline fighting for us against an invisible enemy.

Compared to their colleagues abroad their wages are relatively low. Their lives are sometimes endanger especially when they go to the countryside to administer medical health.

The urgent things they need to accomplish are the policies for the solution of pressing problems in the health sector.

The two day event spearheaded by the college of nursing of the university of the Philippines in Manila, the department of health and world health organization.

Another is the topic of universal health and mental health which in the time of the covid pandemic is one of the most pressing problem.
