JUST PAY YOUR DEBT!

Manila, Philippines-INDEPENDENT Movie Director and Businessman Mark Tan ask the help of the media particularly www.dzmjonline.net on a debt owed to him by a Businessman/Politician based in Malapatan, Sarangani amounting to 1.7 Million Pesos.

Director Mark Tan plans of filing appropriate complaints in court against Ruben “Jing-jing “ Sumbo Jr., Elizabeth Sumbo and Arnel Cabat Antolin who has served as the couple’s attorney-in-fact in their business transaction.

The three even sent a Land Title of a CARP land and a Special Power of Attorney images below:

In an interview with Director Mark Tan he says that a common friend introduces Ruben Jr. and Elizabeth Sumbo through Arnel Antolin saying that they want to purchase sacks of rice amounting to 1.7 Million Pesos last September 8 2021 and promise to pay on the following month October 8, 2021 with the CARP Land Title as collateral.

Until today, Mr. Tan hasn’t heard of the three paying their unsettled obligation. Mr. Tan exerted all efforts for the Sumbo’s and Antolin obligations to be paid but to no avail the three even manage to evade Mr. Tan so he resort to contacting the Malapatan LGU for help.

In both facebook accounts of the Sumbo’s, the photos of the delivered sacks of rice has been posted and allegedly situated in their warehouse in Bgy. Kinam, Malapatan, Sarangani. The photos below:

Prof. Coy Delavin, former Chief of Staff to the Supreme Court Chief Justice and Secretary General of People’s Congress served as the Legal Counsel for Mr. Tan advised that the case should be brought in court.

 Also, before bringing the matter into court they are planning to stage a PRESS CONFERENCE with national media in a bid to expose Mr. Ruben “Jing-jing” Asino Sumbo Jr. who are currently running for Malapatan Municipal Councilor as an Independent which is a nephew of Incumbent Malapatan Mayor Salway Sumbo Jr. and a son of Bgy. Kinam Barangay Captain Ruben Sumbo Sr.

The publication www.dzmjonline.net exerted all efforts to contact and get the reaction of all involve parties but to no avail and up until now we haven’t heard of them reacting. Below are the screenshots of our communication:
