THE WOMEN in the Philippine National Police, Bulacan Police Provincial Office and the Police Regional Office 3 held an event in the celebration of women’s Month last March 29, 2022 at the Victory Church in Bgy. Sumapang Matanda City of Malolos in Bulacan.
With this year’s theme “GABI ng Parangal para sa Kababaihan, Agenda ng Kababaihan tungo sa Kaunlaran” wearing their formal dresses, the women cops displayed their talents apart from securing the safety of the nation or the Bulakenyos in particular.
The event started with the introduction per district followed by the invocation and PLTCOL Jacquiline P. Puapo, the Deputy Provincial Director for Administration introduced the Guest of Honor and Speaker which was the sister of Governor Daniel R. Fernando.
Ms. Athenie R. Bautista, sister of Governor Daniel R. Fernando and the Officer-In-Charge and current Chairperson of the Damayang Filipino Movement Inc, also the head of PGB Medical and Constituent Division under the office of the Governor . read her message as the guest of honor and speaker of the activity.
After the message from the guest of honor followed the awarding of Plaque and memento by the Bulacan PNP Provincial Director assisted by the command group.
Special Awards from Damayang Filipino Movement Inc has also been given like the:
1. Celebrity look-alike awards: Rian Joy Del Rosario from the Headquarters
2. Most Energetic Woman: P/ Maj. Jane Udal
3. Star of the night Award: Dorina Camado of Bocaue Police Station
4. Best Traditional Gown Award: Lt. Jacqueline Marqurz of Meycauyan Police Station
5. Early Bird Award: NUP Elizabeth Bernardino of Guiguinto Police Station and 6. Best Singer- P/Cpl. Leslei Angela S Mapoy.
The Damayang Filipino Movement Inc is founded by Governor Daniel R. Fernando as its Chairperson and now Chaired by his sister Athenie R Bautista. After the contests and the awarding the event ended in celebration of this year’s women’s month.
