The launched of addition eighteen (18) Modern Jeepney Class 2 the Sapang Palay Resettlement Transport Cooperative (SPRTSC) sa under in PUV Modernization Program (PUVMP) this January 11 Convention Center, Sapang Palay Proper, CSJDM, Bulacan with route GROTTO (Brgy. Graceville) – MINUYAN LOOP ROAD 12-3-1-2 (San Jose del Monte) via Sampol, Bulacan.
Region 3 LTFRB Regional Director Aminoden “Allan” D. Guro was delighted in expressed gratitude for the support to the agency PUV Modernization Program.
Present also who delivered message is City of San Jose del Monte Mayor Arthur B. Robes. and SPRTSC Chairman Rodolfo I Garcia. II give thanks for the support of Local Government Unit.
Simultenous event of ten (10) modern jeepney from Malolos Diamond Jeepney Service Incorporation with the route of Malolos Bulacan to City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

As the backgrounder The PUVMP program started June 19, 2017, the Department of Transportation issued Department Order No. 2017-011 (Re: Omnibus Guidelines on the Planning and Identification of Public Road Transportation Services and Franchise Issuance) or the PUVMP, a flagship program of the Duterte administration which envisions a restructured, modern, well-managed and environmentally sustainable transport sector where drivers and operators have stable, sufficient and dignified livelihoods while commuters get to their destinations quickly, safely and comfortably.The PUVMP is not merely a vehicle modernization program. It is a comprehensive system reform that will entirely change the public land transportation industry.
