Evident is the elaborate costumes and parades organized by indigenous people organizations and supporters from the National Commission on Culture and the Arts.
At the virtual press briefing organized by the NCCA recently this publication ask how different is the celebration of Dayaw this year compared to the previous year aside from the fact that we’re in a pandemic.
