Super Mar, testify Marcos wealth are not ill- gotten

Revelations from Mario Peralta Pagaragan Jr. a. k. a Super Mar a former Junior and Senior Bank Officer of the Development Bank of the Philippines under six administration from Corazon Aquino, Fidel Ramos, Joseph Estrada, Gloria Arroyo, Benigno Aquino III and Rodrigo Duterte.

A mind blowing testimony during an interview with and on Super Mar from the document he gathered at the World Bank about ” Philippine Heritage Assets” other known as the hidden wealth of Ferdinand E. Marcos, that will surely have a big impact on Presidential Aspirant Bong Bong Marcos and enlighten the Filipino People and the whole world to know the truth.

“Fortunately in the process of his intensive research work, he virtually stumbled on a heap of duplicate copies of original bank documents, a trove of “Top Secret” and “Mystified” Bank Statements prepared eminently by the World Bank Group (USA) and the Financial Institutions Group of the Committee of 300 who with full banking authority and responsibility, have jointly “Certified, Re-Certified, Confirmed and Re-Confirmed” the existence of the hidden wealth of former Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos, otherwise known as the Philippine Heritage Assets.

These Assets are defined as wealth inherited by the Filipino People (“pamana”) from their ancestors and forefathers which after several decades of succession that extended up to the 19th Century, Ferdinand E, Marcos ended up as the duly and legally appointed Sole Trustee, Signatory and Administrator of the Heritage Assets.

The hidden wealth of Ferdinand E. Marcos as listed, properly audited and accounted for in the “Year 2010 Final Quarter Bank Statement” and “Year 2012 Infinite Bank Statement” of the World Bank Group (USA) consists of more than 854 US Dollar Cash and Gold Bullion Bank Deposit Accounts in different countries around the world which includes the Republic of the Philippines.

Assigned with various Coded Names and Secret Passwords, the Recognized Sole Authorized Signatory and Account Holder of all the 854 USD Cash and Gold Bullion Bank Deposit Accounts is Ferdinand E. Marcos, according to Super Mar who conducted a thorough analysis of the bank statements and related documents such as the legendary and mystified “Last Will and Testament” of President Marcos wherein he unveiled in specific details the historical origins of the Filipino People’s Treasury (Heritage Assets) consisting of 3 Provenances: Financial (Bank Deposit Accounts); Land and Miscellaneous Provenances.

A significant discovery by Super Mar from the Bank Statements is that the 854 USD Cash and Gold Bullion Bank Deposit Accounts altogether were assigned an “International Criminal Clearance No. ASBLP-001-AM-01”.

Super Mar opined that this clearance provides the hard evidence which proves beyond reasonable doubt that the “HIDDEN WEALTH” of former Philippine President Ferdinand E. Marcos, is “NOT ILL-GOTTEN” and “OF NON-CRIMINAL ORIGIN”.

Another significant discovery is that the World Bank Group (USA) and the Committee of 300 have Forever Re-Certified, Reconsidered, Declared and Re-confirmed that the PEOPLE OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLANDS is the “GENERAL OWNER” and “BENEFICIARY” of the 854 Confirmed Physical and Eternal Deposit Accounts (Global Funds) and that these confirmed Deposit Accounts are intended and directed for the Humanitarian and National Economic Development for the People of the Philippines Islands (50 to 70% only) and the People of other countries around the World (30 to 50%

only) as stated in their Year 2012 and Year 2010 Bank Statements, with the latter showing extraordinary huge amount of wealth relative to the Outstanding Balances, Matured Earnings (Interest Income) and Bank Charges of each of the 854 Bank Deposit Accounts. Again, Super Mar opined that the foregoing proves beyond reasonable doubt that President Marcos DID NOT STEAL MONEY from the National Treasury, rather he made the People of the Philippines the primary heir (“taga pagmana”) and beneficiary of his enormous hidden wealth, a great blessing from the Almighty God that should be shared with the People of other countries in the world per his Letter of Instructions (LOI) while he was still the President of the Philippines.” Super Mar stressed.

Furthermore, “The immediate activation and forceful mobilization of the Philippine Heritage Assets will enable and empower the current Heads of State of the UN-member counties (most especially the Philippines) to create a “non-depleting” and “eternal source” of money and capital to finance and implement humanitarian and economic development projects “at no cost to their Government and in “perpetuity” for the benefit of their countrymen and People of the world.

The activation of the Heritage Assets for Philippine development will make the Philippines Prosperous and Great Again: A “First World” country and the richest nation on planet earth.” Super Mar concluded.

CATARMAN, Northern Samar – THE UniTeam Alliance led by presidential candidate former Sen. Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. on Friday morning started their campaign swing in Eastern Visayas, drawing another mammoth crowd for the leading candidates.

Marcos and his team members took turns in addressing a mammoth assembly at the University of Eastern Philippines grandstand here.

Rain-soaked supporters trooped to the UEP Grandstand and waited as early as 6 a.m. to hear Marcos and other candidates speak.

It was vice gubernatorial candidate Capo Carpio, a former Catarman mayor, who introduced Marcos Jr. to his constituents.

Carpio highlight UniTeam’s message of unity.

He said BBM continues to enjoy wide voter support despite concerted efforts to bring him down.

He told the crowd: “Ang pinakahihintay nating lahat.

Carpio is running for governor under Partido Federal ng Pilipinas (PFP), the political group to which BBM belongs.

Sen. Bato dela Rosa, who represented Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (CMD), vice presidential candidate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte, said the people should vote for Marcos and Duterte to ensure the programs’ continuity of the Duterte administration.

Dela Rosa said Mayor Duterte will be a good addition to Marcos’ team because she will support the presidential candidate’s major plan to help Filipinos recover from the devastating effects of pandemic and address other problems besetting the nation.

Marcos and Mayor Duterte have agreed to split up in the homestretch of the election campaign so they could revisit more areas and reach out to remote communities.

Mayor Sara has said they maintain a “running scared mindset” despite the huge survey lead they enjoy over their opponents.

From Northern Samar, the UniTeam will visit Easter Samar, Samar and Biliran provinces.

Tomorrow, they are scheduled to campaign in Leyte.

AFTER just two months into the national campaign period, UniTeam presidential bet former Sen. Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. and vice presidential candidate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte have built a survey lead over their rivals so huge that overtaking them is improbable, if not downright impossible.

“It is now statistically impossible to overtake Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte in time for the May 9 elections, which is just over a month away. This shows that the message of unity that has espoused by both Marcos and Duterte has truly stricken a chord with Filipinos,” said Quezon City mayoralty candidate Mike Defensor of Anakalusugan party-list.

Defensor is the UniTeam’s official mayoralty candidate in Quezon City.

Marcos, based on the latest Pulse Asia survey results, has a 32-percentage point lead over his closest rival, Vice President Leni Robredo (56 percent and 24 percent, respectively).

In the case of Duterte, she has 36-percentage point lead over Sen. Vicente “Tito” Sotto III who settled in far second with 20 percent.

The congressman pointed to a comparative analysis of Pulse Asia presidential survey results in past elections beginning 2004 for roughly the same period (mid to end of March).

“There has never been a survey lead like that Marcos’s in the past wherein one could say at this point, ‘May nanalo na,'” Defensor said.

Figures show that in 2004, then-incumbent President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo had a 3 -percentage point lead over Fernando Poe Jr. (34 percent and 31 percent, respectively) during this period.

In 2010, then-senator Benigno S. Aquino III had a 19-percentage point lead over former President Joseph Estrada (37 percent and 18 percent, respectively) at this time.

On the other hand, 11 percentage points separated the survey frontrunner Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Roa Duterte from former senator Mar Roxas (30 percent and 19 percent, respectively) in 2016.

Historically, most of the  survey frontrunners for the Palace seat up to this point even increased their lead over their rivals during the April survey period before going on to win in the actual polls, according to Defensor.

“In the subsequent April surveys, Macapagal-Arroyo’s lead increased to 6 percent points, Aquino’s to 19 percentage points, and Duterte maintained his 11-percentage point lead,” Defensor, a former Cabinet official of the Arroyo administration, said.

“Based on this historical data, there is no stopping Marcos and Duterte from winning the May 9 elections,” Defensor added.
