Deputy Speaker of Israeli Knesset Says All Adult Men in Gaza Should Be Killed
Nissim Vaturi also referred to Palestinians as ‘subhumans’.
by Dave DeCamp
Nissim Vaturi, the deputy speaker of the Israeli Knesset, has called for all adult men in Gaza to be killed in the latest example of genocidal rhetoric from an Israeli official.
“Who is innocent in Gaza? Civilians went out and slaughtered people in cold blood,” Vaturi told Kol BaRama radio. “We need to separate the children and women and kill the adults in Gaza, we are being too considerate.”
Vaturi, a member of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Likud party, referred to the Palestinians in Gaza as “subhumans” and “scoundrels” and said no one in the world wants to take them in. “The international community understands that the residents of Gaza are not welcome anywhere and is pushing them towards Israel,” he said.
The deputy speaker also said the city of Jenin in the occupied West Bank will soon turn into Gaza as Israel is ramping up its assault there. He said Palestinians being freed from Israeli jails as part of the Gaza hostage and ceasefire deal should be put in Jenin so they could be “eliminated” later on.
“Erase Jenin. Don’t start looking for the terrorists – if there’s a terrorist in the house, take him down, tell the women and children to get out,” Vaturi said.
Last year, Vaturi claimed there were “no innocents” in Gaza and called for the entire place to be “burned down” so Israeli soldiers wouldn’t get hurt.
” What does it mean to burn? To go in and rip them apart. There should be no thoughts, no considerations. The soldiers of the IDF should not think for one second and be hurt because we need to be humane,” Vaturi said.
Such rhetoric from Israeli officials has been cited in South Africa’s genocide case against Israel at the International Court of Justice to demonstrate Israel’s intent to commit genocide.

🗓 This week’s report highlights worsening humanitarian conditions, intensified Israeli aggression, and major international concerns:
⭕ Israel Postpones 7th Batch of Prisoner Releases: The Israeli occupation authorities delayed the release of 402 Palestinian prisoners, including 50 serving life imprisonment, until further notice, violating the ceasefire agreement.
⭕ New Israeli Settlement Expansion in Bethlehem: Israel issued a tender for 974 new settlement units in “Efrat” settlement, expanding it by 644 dunams and increasing its population by 40%. This project aims to cut off the southern West Bank from Bethlehem, further entrenching Israeli control.
⭕ Severe Healthcare Crisis in Gaza: Only five oxygen stations serve Gaza’s remaining hospitals, placing ICU patients at extreme risk. 350,000 chronically ill patients lack medication, and Israel is blocking medical evacuations, leaving thousands—especially cancer-stricken children—without access to treatment.
⭕ Israel Withholds $90 Million in Palestinian Funds: The Israeli occupation continues its economic warfare by seizing Palestinian clearance revenues. Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich decided that the funds will be transferred to Israeli families who claim losses from Palestinian attacks. The Palestinian Government was forced to borrow money to pay partial salaries.
⭕ Escalating IOF Aggression on Jenin and Tulkarem: 35 days of aggression on Jenin have left 27 Palestinians martyred and 120 homes completely demolished. Israeli occupying forces continue to destroy property and infrastructure, while forcibly displacing more than 40,000 Palestinians so far.
⭕ Israel Orders the Immediate Closure of UNRWA Schools: Israeli occupying forces raided UNRWA schools in East Jerusalem and Qalandia, shutting them down and depriving 600 Palestinian children and trainees of education.

🗓️ This week’s report highlights escalating Israeli aggression, urgent humanitarian needs in Gaza, grave human rights violations against Palestinian detainees, and efforts for Palestinian rights:
⭕ Hundreds of Thousands in Gaza at Risk of Cold: UNRWA warns that heavy rains and strong winds are endangering displaced families returning to destroyed homes. Overcrowded shelters leave many vulnerable, while hospitals face a critical oxygen shortage due to Israeli occupation preventing its entry.
⭕ Sixth Batch of Palestinian Prisoners Released Amid Israeli Humiliation: Israel released 369 Palestinian prisoners, including 36 serving life imprisonment. However, 24 were deported, and all detainees were forced to wear white T-shirts emblazoned with the “Star of David” and the phrase “We will not forget nor forgive.”
⭕ Horrific Testimonies from Gaza Detainees: A new report from the Palestinian Prisoners’ Society details systematic Israeli torture, starvation, and medical neglect of detainees, as well as the widespread crime of enforced disappearance.
⭕ IOF Expand Forced Displacement in the West Bank: Israeli occupation aggression on northern occupied West Bank cities and refugee camps continues, where 25 Palestinians in Jenin have been killed. At least 40,000 Palestinian refugees have been forcibly displaced from northern West Bank camps.
⭕ Israel Pushes New Bills in Defiance of International Law: The Israeli Knesset approved, in a preliminary reading, bills replacing the term “West Bank” with “Judea and Samaria” in official documents, dismissing the historical and national rights of the people of Palestine.
⭕ PM Mustafa at Munich Security Conference: “Our people are determined to stay in their homes, and we are determined to rebuild our country.”

⭕ Foreign Ministry | Israeli Actions Are Racist, Discriminatory: The Foreign Ministry condemned Israeli violations against Christian and Muslim holy sites, calling them part of a wider assault on Jerusalem. It urged urgent international action to stop settler provocations at Al-Aqsa.
