Global Excellence Leadership Awards and Event Services Inc (Company Registration No. 20250419722978), the organizing body of the 3rd AsiaTiger Icon Awards 2026, conferred top honors to distinguished individuals in the entertainment and philanthropy sectors at the Lancaster Hotel on Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.

Renowned film director Jose “Kaka” Balagtas was presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award for Film Direction. The award was signed by Chairperson and Chief Executive Officer Amb. Dr Maria Liza Lorenzo.

Other notable awardees include Maruja de Asis—beauty queen, philanthropist, and owner of Margo TV—along with Tonz Llander, who bagged two accolades: Most Outstanding Movie Actor and Most Promising Movie Director.
