Word of Flames Ukraine exhibit from September 15 -October 15, 2025 at National Library 

Manila, The Philippines-Libraries are barrels of knowledge and sadly one of the establishments being ravaged by artillery shelling are those educationally and historical edifices such as publishing houses, libraries and schools, and in most cases these structures either totally damaged or relocated on a different site after such a conflict subside in other words in times of peace.

Since picture paints a thousand words the government of Ukraine staged an exhibit depicting the predicament of these knowledge hub that has been a silent casualties in running violent conflict and its entitles “Word of Flames Ukraine exhibit from September 15 -October 15, 2025 at National Library 

The Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Philippines had the opening of the said exhibition “Words in Flames”, this 15 September 2025 at 2:00 PM being held at the National Library of the Philippines, 1000 Kalaw Ave, Ermita, Manila.

The exhibit  featured welcoming remarks by Her Excellency Yuliia Fediv, Ambassador of Ukraine to the Republic of Philippines showcasing in photographs the atrocities and the destruction depicted in an artistic manner back on their country states a grim reminder that indeed no one wins in war.

The  exhibit runs from September 15-October 15, 2025 and are open to the Public.  To raise funds for rebuilding and reconstructing the difference damage libraries affected by Russian and Ukraine war.
