MANILA-  On the Press Conference of KORO  National Choral Competition at the Centro Turismo Intramuros last July 21,2025  The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) heads the  first salvo of KORO National Choral Competition for Linggo ng Musikang Pilipino @ August 2, 2025 at Metropolitan Theater.

Two Categories from Children Choir  at 1:30 PM and Adult Choir from Luzon, Visayas, my Mindanao and National Capital Region at 6:00 in the evening.

The rationale is to uplift the emerging Filipino choral groups and conductors the competition is open exclusively to groups who have not previously won in any national and international choral competition.

The  KORO finalists will advance to compete in the grand live performances.

Gracing the Press Conference are Los Cantantes de Manila Choir  in National Anthem, Prayer and Performer.

On Welcoming Remark is Deputy  Executive Director Bernan Joseph Corpuz on Welcome Message.

NCCA Commissioner Subcommission on the Arts Arvin Manuel R Villalon for  KORO Mechanics and Announcement of Finalists in both categories.

Meanwhile, Rene R Talavera Chief , Program Management Division  on briefer on SUDI National Music Awards and 2024 Composition Prize.
