Mobile Command and Control Vehicle with Triage Technology Turn over Ceremony in Caloocan

The historic City of Caloocan is the first to receive Mobile Command and Control Vehicle with Triage Technology, the brainchild of Filipino Inventor Dennis Abella.

the turn over ceremony was held at the Caloocan Sports Complex and graced by DR James D Lao, Caloocan’s Chief CCDRRMO with his opening remarks.

the opening message was given by DOST Undersecretary for Regional Operation ENGR. Sancho Mabborang, a message of Support from Hon. Oscar Malapitan Caloocan 1st District Representative and Keynote Speech from the DOST Sec DR Renato U Solidum JR.

A ceremonial MOU signing was held for a smart and sustainable Caloocan city was held and a MOCCOV AVP was held.

Hon Dale Gonzalo R Malapitan the City Mayor of Caloocan held the Acceptance message while ENGR Romelen T Tresvalles, the DOST NCR Regional Director had the closing remarks.
