Quezon City, Philippines-The 3rd National Peace Convention, hosted by the Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light (HWPL) in partnership with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) last August 9, 2025 in this City at the M.I.C.E Center.

The event gathered more or less 800 peace advocates across the Philippines, South Korea, Indonesia, Nepal and Taiwan, highlighting new partnerships, sectoral action plans, and cultural performances aimed at advancing sustainable peace and global cooperation.
