CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan — Governor Daniel R. Fernando announced today that the Bulacan Dreamers, the province’s pride sports delegation, will formally endorse a partnership with the Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) — an initiative led by the Provincial Government of Bulacan — following their historic victory in the United States, where they were crowned as Bronze Champions of the Asia Pacific Region.
Governor Fernando emphasized that this milestone achievement deserves national recognition and will be brought to the attention of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to highlight the caliber of homegrown talent from the province and the country.
“Our Bulacan Dreamers have soared beyond borders — standing tall as Bronze Champions of the Asia Pacific on foreign soil. This victory is not Bulacan’s alone; it is a triumph for the entire Filipino nation. We bring this achievement forward so that President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. may recognize their hard work, discipline, and world-class excellence. By formalizing our partnership with the Philippine Sports Commission, we aim to build a stronger, nationwide ecosystem that discovers, nurtures, and empowers Filipino athletes to compete and win on the global stage.”
The team’s outstanding performance in the U.S. has placed Bulacan — and the Philippines — in the international spotlight, proving that Filipino athletes can dominate regional and global competitions with the right support system.
The formal endorsement to the PSC, together with the request for presidential recognition, seeks to open greater opportunities for grassroots sports development, enhanced training programs, and sustained government backing for promising athletes across the country.

The Bulacan Dreamers built their podium run on relentless momentum in Pool A, sweeping past Latin America (8–3), the East Region (10–0), and Southwest (18–1).
Despite a late group-stage loss to Delaware D3, Bulacan bounced back in the knockouts with a 10–0 shutout against Canada. They fell short of the final in a tight 1–0 semifinal heartbreak against Central Region, the eventual champions, before rebounding to seal third place globally against Europe-Africa.
With World Series bronze in hand and the Philippine flag raised in Delaware, the Dreamers returns home as champions and symbols of determination, discipline, and excellence.
