EIDL ADHA REMINDS US OF IBRAHIMS COMMITMENT FOR GOD AS MUSLIM BULAKENYOS EMULATE THE PROPHET SACRIFICE

The Provincial Government of Bulacan is in solidarity with the Bulakenyo Muslim population in observance of the Eidl Adha or the Feast of Sacrifice. This is one of two significant holidays in the Islamic Calendar which reminds Muslims of the commitment of the Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH) to Allah to the point that he is willing to sacrifice his beloved son Ismail (PBUH).

In this regard, Muslim population in the province consisting of reverted former Christian and other faith in brethren from Mindanao Bangsamoro tribes living in various parts of the province prayed side by side in practicing the faith from cities and municipalities of the province blending the northern and southern culture under the fold of the religion of peace.

On its part the Bulacan Provincial Government headed by Governor Daniel R Fernando fully supports his Muslim constituency in this religious endeavor as inclusive as the majority Christian population of the province also supports related Muslim laws and legislations pertaining to the welfare and protection of the Bulakenyo Muslim.
