ISTIQBAL RAMADAN 2026 (1447) FIRST IN BULACAN

THE Holy Month of Ramadan for our Muslim brethren is fast approaching. In this year’s commemoration of one of Islam’s five pillars is an anticipation of a 29 day of abstinence which is obligatory to every abled believer in the world’s fastest growing religion.

In the province of Bulacan where the Islamic faith thrives side-by-side with the majority Christian population, the native Tagalog revert, brethren from the tribes from Mindanao and even those migrants from abroad prayed for their beloved province to have organized a solemn religious activity free from secular interference.

With the Theme “Hearts and Minds molded by Taqwa (piety), One Ummah (family) strengthen by the belief in Allah” this historic and monumental event gathers brethren from the 24 towns of Bulacan to converge in the Bulacan Capitol Gymnasium and is the first province-wide Istiqbal (welcoming) in the history of the Bulacan Muslim.

The activity aims to unify the entire Bulacan Muslim regardless of tribe, ideology and sectarian inclinations concentrating only to their faith and will of the Almighty Creator.

The event held February 15, 2026 at 8 in the morning till 5 in the afternoon were graced and spearheaded by Muslim religious leaders (Mufti, Sheik, Ulama and Imam) along with community leaders and the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF) Secretary Sabbudin Na Abdurahim, leaders of the province of Bulacan and participated by Muslim Bulakenyos///Abdul Malik Bin Ismail
