Cagayan De Oro City, PHILIPPINES- THE Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PHILHEALTH) celebrated their 28th Anniversary last February 14 2023 and in this city where the Local Health Insurance Office Cagayan De Oro or the PHILHEALTH Region 10 is located shared their activity synchronized with the celebration of Valentines Day.

During the main celebration last February 14, at their office in Limketkai center it became an “Employees Day” wherein bazaars were put up and a motorcade around downtown is one of their early activity while at the office, lucky 100 clients availed of cakes and ice cream sort of valentines day treat.

Last February 15 a press conference was held about the anniversary with homegrown media practitioners were invited along with the Philippine Information Agency based in Cagayan De Oro and in February 18 , PHILHEALTH 10 went on a tree planting.

Outreach programs in cooperation with the Local government Units will be held on the 25th as stated by the Public Information Officer of PHILHEALTH 10 Ms. Merlyn Ybanez interviewed by DZMJ Online on the 28th it’s PHILHEALTH’s Clerks day and Health fair and extending to March 10.

Konsulta Orientation, Registration of Teachers and students on March 8 2023 and a Poster making Contest in celebration of the National Arts Month being the month of February it’s not Just National Health Insurance Month.

At the local Health Insurance Office in Bukidnon there will be distribution of MDR’s ID’s and registration to Konsulta Providers and a Gift Giving activity to the Indigenous People’s Learning and sustainable Development Center because as a part of cultural tradition and sort of gratitude, the Indigenous People’s Leaders ordained PHILHEALTH Regional Vice President Delio A. Aseron II as Datu Salimbangon.

And cooperation with the LGU’s there were also distribution of MDR’s and ID’s to to Konsulta along with a gift giving to Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL). Coinciding with the trust of RVP Aseron he has coined CDO no as Cagayan De Oro but Communication Drive for excellence Offer Proactive assistance.
