The Fraternal Order of Eagles “Yakap” (Philippine Eagles), recognized as The Original Order, proudly announces the successful restoration of its registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) after thirteen (13) years of revocation.

Under the leadership of Eagles National President Mark Lester Limpin (E.Y. 2025–2026), the Organization has fulfilled all lawful, documentary, and procedural requirements necessary to reestablish its corporate existence. This historic milestone marks a defining moment in the continuing journey of the Organization and reaffirms its rightful identity, legacy, and institutional standing.

Despite the long years of revocation, the Organization never ceased its commitment to socio-civic service. Its members continued to serve communities, extend assistance, and uphold the guiding principle of “Service through strong brotherhood.” Even without active SEC registration during those years, the spirit of the Organization remained alive through the dedication, loyalty, and service of its members.

The period of revocation brought many challenges. It led to organizational fragmentation, competing claims of leadership, and the rise of groups that copied, imitated, or falsely represented the identity of the Organization. Some declared that the Organization was gone and could never be revived. Others attempted to claim what did not rightfully belong to them.

Yet, amid the noise, misinformation, and doubt, The Fraternal Order of Eagles “Yakap” (Philippine Eagles) stood firm.

It stood by the truth.
It stood by its history.
It stood by its legitimacy.
It stood as the bloodline of the founding fathers.

Because it is, and remains, The Original Order.

“This is not the victory of one man,” said National President Mark Lester Limpin. “This is the triumph of legitimacy, perseverance, faith, and brotherhood. We stood our ground when others doubted us. We remained firm when others tried to erase, copy, or misrepresent us. Today, we rise once again—restored not only in registration, but also in honor.”

The restoration of SEC registration reaffirms the rightful identity of The Fraternal Order of Eagles “Yakap” (Philippine Eagles) as The Original Order, the foundational institution from which later factions and splinter groups emerged.

With its legal personality now fully reinstated, the Organization moves forward with renewed strength, unity, and clarity of purpose. It calls upon its members to stand together in national consolidation, preserve the integrity of the Order, and strengthen its mission of service to God, country, and fellowmen.

As it enters this new chapter, The Fraternal Order of Eagles “Yakap” (Philippine Eagles) remains steadfast in upholding its legacy, protecting its name, preserving its identity, and advancing meaningful socio-civic engagement for the Filipino people.

The Organization extends its deepest gratitude to all Kuya, Ate, leaders, members, and supporters who remained faithful throughout the years of uncertainty. Their loyalty, courage, and belief in the truth made this restoration possible.
