MALOLOS CITY, BULACAN – Strengthening ties between the media and local government, BEST Magazine Publisher Richard Hiñola paid a formal courtesy visit to Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando to personally present and share the honor of his recent recognition as a Huwarang Filipino 2026 Decade of Excellence awardee.
