Both officers formally took their oath of office and received their new ranks in a tradition-rich rite, signifying greater authority, organizational trust, and heavier responsibility bestowed upon them.


CAMP CAPTAIN JULIAN OLIVAS, SAN FERNANDO CITY, PAMPANGA – Marking a significant milestone in leadership and public service, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) formally installed two senior officers elevated to the rank of Police Colonel during a solemn ceremony held on April 14, 2026 at the PRO3 PATROL Hall here.
The two promoted officials are:
PCOL Jacquiline P. Puapo – Chief, Regional Education and Training Division
PCOL Dexter C. Versola – Chief, Regional Plans and Strategy Management Division / concurrent Chief, Regional Public Information Office
PBGEN Jess B. Mendez, PRO3 Regional Director, served as the presiding official. He administered the oath and led the symbolic donning of ranks, conferring the new insignias to the two honorees.
