World Hijab Day 2024 in Bulacan

City of Malolos, Bulacan – The Balaguer Enterprises www.dzmjonline.net and www.diaryongtagalog.net joins the worldwide observance of World Hijab Day.

The brainchild of this movement is a Bangladeshi-New Yorker, Nazma Khan, who came up with the brilliant idea as a means to foster personal freedom of religious expression and cultural understanding by inviting women from all walks of life to experience the hijab for one day every February 1st annually.

Each year celebrating in 140 countries worldwide. Its stated purpose is to encourage women of all religions and backgrounds to wear and experience the hijab for a day and to educate and spread awareness on why hijab is worn.

To avoid discrimination of wearing hijab and counteract the controversies by open up new modalities in understanding of significant and value of wearing hijab of a Muslim women.
