Quezon City – The Anti Red Tape Authority spearheaded by Secretary /Director General Ernesto V. Perez today August 15, 2023 presented the ceremonial launched of Regulatory Impact Assessment( RIA) training workbook.

It’s will help the policy makers and stakeholder in line with RA 11032 also Ease of Doing Business law.

“The consider all benefits and costs in implementing regulations, evaluate the quality of existing regulations and identify different policy that would deliver the greatest benefit to society” according to Director General Perez.

RIA will improve not just a regulatory system but improving the lives of people. It’s all about creating jobs and change the live of the people. The Philippines is ready of easier of doing business.

RIA Workbook partnership agency are the Department of Health, Land Transportation Office, Department of Interior and Local Government and Games and Amusement Board.

Meanwhile on November 2023, the RIA Workbook will have online learning through Learning Management System

The developed workbook was developed by ARTA Better Regulations Office – Regulatory Management and Training Division ( BRO- RMTD) in partnership with the United Kingdom Government Department for Businessman and Trade ( UK DBT). Prior to the development of the RIA Teaining Workbook, ARTA launched the Philippine RIA in 2022 with the assistance of the United States Agency for International Development ( USAID).
