MANILA- In line with Linggo ng Musikang Pilipino ( LMP)  The National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) this 2 of August at Metropolitan Theater Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray gave her inspiration message in the 1st KORO National Choral Competition in Children Choir participants .

Not know to many NCCA Ambassador Gray are stated in choir at the age of eight.

On the Opening Remarks with NCCA Chairperson Victorino Mapa Manalo.

The Performing are Matina Central Elementary School Children’s Choir from Davao Del Sur, followed by The Young Voices of the Philippines Quezon City and Bacoor HOPE Children’s Chorus.

Gracing the Occasion are Executive Director Eric Zerrudo, Commissioner for the the Arts Arvin Manuel R Villalon. Deputy Executive Director Bernan Joseph Corpuz. NCCA Secretariat lead by Mr Rene Napeñas, Head NCCA Public Affairs and Information Office, Anne Cabrera and all PAIO staff.

The choral music is a part of NCCA”s commitment to preserving and promoting Filipino musical traditions, and to honoring the artists and communities who keep these traditional alive.
